Are your products cruelty-free?
yes! We do not condone animal testing in any way. We do not test any of our products on animals. We also do not test any of our ingredients on animals, nor do we allow our manufacturers to do so on our behalf.
Do you offer talc and paraben free eyeshadows?
Yes! Some of the pallets and single eyeshadows are talc free. They will always be advertised as such.
Why are talc free products more expensive?
Do you the specialized manufacturing these products have a higher cost.
Should I wear a primer with my eyeshadow?
Yes! We recommend a primer for all shadows. It will help bring to life the already bold colors and help them maintain for a full day. Please stay posted for our branded eye shadow primer coming soon!
Can I return/exchange products?
At this time we are not offering exchanges or returns of any kind.
When will my items arrive ?
It takes 1-3 days to process your order before it is shipped out. Depending on the shipping method that you chose it could take up to 14 business days to arrive custom orders may have a longer processing time.
All orders will have a tracking number. If you received a notification that your package has been delivered but you did not receive it please follow these instructions. Contact your neighbors and look around your property to see if it was placed out of your sight. Contact your postal carrier and ask if they remember where it was placed. If you don’t get any further information please contact your local post office post master and provide your tracking. They can further assist you. They will help you file a claim. You must file a claim and show proof that you filed a claim.
